Bikram Yoga Con't

It's my 6th class today.  It's funny how each class is soo different.  I'm not sure if the temperature is consistent in that room, but today, I actually felt cold at the end of the class.  I have never felt cold in that room before!  I don't know if the yoga is the only reason affecting my body.  I do see a change though. I am definitely more "regular" than usual.  But I think it is caused my a change in my eating habit.  Before I eat my 3 meals a day (fairly big portions for my size apparently, based on others' comments).  Now because I want to have a meal a couple of hours right before yoga, so at around 3 pm, I've been eating smaller meals for lunch and then eat again at around 2 or 3pm.  So usually one of those lunch meals would be fruits or salads. C I think I should keep that habit even after I stop the yoga.

I also use to feel completely exhausted after yoga during my first week and now I feel tired, but not more than if I came back from jiu jitsu.

I really hope to continue doing yoga on my own after work, but I think it would be a hard habit to pick up.  It is too easy to be lazy and tell myself "I'll just start tomorrow".
