More yogurt please!
Another post about yogurt. I am really discovering other ways of eating yogurt. I made a simple chickpeas coconut green curry and to make it more creamy, I added some yogurt and the sauce was delicious! Not a huge fan of the chickpeas in the curry, but I thought the sauce was thicker, creamier and overall better because it wasn't as spicy. I think I will do that next time with another protein. I'm not sure why the chickpeas didn't taste great. I had it with bread instead of some rice. I find the coconut curry is usually soupy and by adding the yogurt, it made it more like a sauce than soup.
