Not a vegetarian - IKEA
I just spent over 18$ at IKEA for dinner tonight. If you've been to IKEA, you know that's a lot of food, since IKEA is probably the cheapest place one can eat out at. I had smoked salmon with a turnip/carrot salad salsa, baked white fish with cheese and artichoke, butternut squash soup and dessert. I was very full after the meal. For a vegetarian, I guess the options for food would be the salad and the mushroom crepes.. I could of had that.. I am eating a lot less meat than I use to, but I can't completely make the switch yet, although I am probably not trying that hard at the moment.
It's quite interesting that a couple of people that I know are slowly opting for vegetarian options. I know it's becoming more popular. This week I am planning on trying to make a dish with paneer.. I have high hope for this cheese and hope that it will be added to my diet and move me over more to the vegetarian side :D
