Sweet Potato Fries with lemon, honey mustard, garlic mayo

I wasn't very hungry and so decided to have something simple and snack-ish for dinner.  I made some sweet potatoes in the oven along with some asparagus that I had on hand.  I am really enjoying "lemony" asparagus.  It has become a new habit that I chop up some lemon rings when I cook asparagus.  I  have made it in a frying pan and in the oven.  The lemon peels really bring a summery taste to the spears.   To make it in the oven it is really simple.  Here are the recipes for the fries and the asparagus.

Sweet potato fries
1 sweet potato cut into fries = 1.00$
1 to 2 tablespoon of olive oil = 0.15$

lemon mustard garlic dip:
1 tablespoon honey mustard = 0.10$
2 tablespoon mayo = 0.10$
1 teaspoon lemon peel chopped finely = 0.05$
1 clove of garlic chopped finely = 0.04$

Serves 1 as main, serves 2 as side
Total = 1.89$

Toss the sweet potato fries with the olive oil on a cookie sheet and spread it so it is in 1 layer.
Cook in a preheated oven at 375C for 15 minutes, flip the fries and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with the mayo dip

Lemony asparagus (can be cooked at the same time as the fries on the same cookie sheet, just need to take out the asparagus earlier.)
1/2 lb asparagus = 0.90$
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel chopped finely = 0.02$
olive oil = 0.10 $

Serves 1 as main, serves 2 as side
Total = 1.02$

Toss the whole asparagus spears with some olive oil and minced lemon peel.
Roast it in the oven at 375 for about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how crunchy/cooked you like your asparagus.
